Juvenile spondyloarthritis (JSpA) is a relatively unknown, often misunderstood and underdiagnosed type of juvenile arthritis. It primarily affects the joints along the spine, though other joints such as the knees, ankles, toes, hips, shoulders, and the ribcage can also be involved.
